  OMG! Amazing! Aurora gives much more than a plain massage! She gives you the what, when, where and why of your treatment! I am not kidding! She explains her technique, gives you notice of what's next, gives feedback immediately on your range of motion and reminds you to breath! She has a wealth of knowledge and used it to give me the massage my body needs. Her fingers are magic! I found Aurora to be delightful without being too chatty, very professional in her attitude and touch. This was the least boring massage I've ever had! My husband and daughter made appointments immediately and I know they will not be disappointed!

  I only ever had one massage before. That was back in 2017 after a motor vehicle accident. The massage sucked. Was very skeptical on going for a massage again.

  Today I went for a massage. I was asked about my accident and what I did for work (my work is very physical and involves very heavy lifting). I was hurting pretty good. My massage therapist Aurora, listened. She explained what she was doing and explained the anatomy of every muscle she was working with. She also explained what she could feel wrong with my body and worked accordingly. She was very friendly and had awesome conversation. I would most highly recommended Aurora to everyone!! You will not be disappointed, rather, be highly surprised and satisfied with her care, attention, and skill!! Thank you Aurora, I'll be c coming to see you over and over again!!

  The room does lack personality! I like soft music or soothing sounds in the background to help drown out the outside noise and maybe an essential oil diffuser....

  I have been going to Lifemark for several months now following a car accident. The turn over of therapists over the 20 months I have been coming to Lifemark has been very high. I feel this has effected my care negatively. Recently lifemark hire Nick a physiotherapist. I feel my care is back on track, he is fantastic!!! My whole family has recently started seeing Aurora, she is also fantastic!!!

  Lifemark does coordination of benefits. But for someone who doesn't have benefits the cost is on the high end.

  Aurora needs and wants more hours of availability! However she is currently room sharing and is only working the left over hours so it is difficult to get an appointment with her.

  I recently discovered that they have massage therapists here and they are both great! Ive been seeing Aurora and I cant recommend her enough. She asks questions and takes the time to listen to your needs, and she will explain why a muscle might be tight, provides exercises for you to do at home, and she now incorporates hot stones into her massages at no extra cost! Its amazing!! All staff here is also very friendly and kind.

  Being a bodybuilder and power lifter is hard enough. But through in a prolonged soft tissue injury can really take you out of the game, and did for me.
