  I have purchased 3 mattresses over the past 5 years at the Brick Mattress store in Leduc. this past weekend, We went in looking for some better pillows to help with neck and arm issues. We were helped by Corrina Cree. she was able to help fit both me and my husband for pillows that would suit our needs. in conversation i had mentioned that i may be in need of a new mattress shortly as mine is quite out of shape. She mentioned to me that i could have warranty on it. She went in and pulled my original invoice and let me know that i still had 5 years remaining. I had not even thought of warranty on my mattress. She mentioned that the process starts with an online application. i went home pulled it up and in a matter of 10 minutes had started my claim including the pictures required. 3 days later i received an email stating i had been approved for a replacement mattress. Since my mattress is no longer being made Corrina was able to match a new mattress with our needs for the replacement, delivery will be this Saturday. So with in a week with out even knowing this was available i will be sleeping on a brand new mattress.. thank you so much for you help!! You have truly gone above and beyond for us.

  I suffer from a really bad lower back that causes me to have a lot of sleep issues. I had been on the hunt for the perfect mattress for a long time and have spent THOUSANDS buying mattresses over the years. The store was well set up clean and easy to access. Corrina was informative and patient while my hubby and i went from mattress to mattress trying them out, she didn't hesitate on any questions we had and was confident that the best mattress for me would be the icomfort (firm). She assured me I could take it home and try it out and if there were any issues i could return it no questions asked. well I love the mattress!! I enjoyed my shopping experience with her so much that when it was time to buy my daughter a new bed, I didn't hesitate to call her up and although she runs a mattress store she ordered everything i wanted and made sure to set it all up date wise and found me the best possible deal on the set that i wanted. we did run into an issue come delivery day as someone from another store stole my bed out of the warehouse although i was more than disappointing Corrina bent over backwards to make it up to me even though the mistake was completely out of her control.Corrina demonstrated exceptional customer service I am 100% a satisfied customer and will be returning for all my furniture needs in the future!
