  Much cheaper prices. Service can improve as they have one serving person mostly. If they locate to walking distance from airport then definitely worth it.

  Best place ever to rent. Nancy and the staff hands down rock. Given that most people have been in a cramped space travelling for long periods they great you with a smile and great Canadian kindness. Not only have they treated me well I have witness how they treat other people as they arrive to rent or drop off a vehicle.

  Josh went above and beyond to help solve the problems that occurred with my late flight arrival. Very kind and gave practical and thoughtful advice. Taylor was very patient and was extremely helpful. I was having trouble with my new credit card password and needed to go to the bank to reset it before I could complete my rental. Taylor drove me there and was entirely pleasant. The return was a little tense as we were trying to catch a flight and there was only one person on front office staff. He was very patient even with my crying children and I lost my card. I was the nightmare customer but they were so kind and patient! I would absolutely rent from here again! Even though it's not actually at the airport

  Never rent from here. They immediately take 1.5 your estimated rental cost on your credit card. A nice way to start your trip. Because I was leaving early AM there is no shuttle. You have use the the shuttle from a hotel at least 4 blocks away. I did not feel safe leaving my luggage unattended at the hotel but could not hike it the 4 blocks from the drop off point. I am very happy it was not winter. Finally, I filled up in the south of Edmonton and the needle was just below the bar. They charged an additional $22. An extra day cost me $80. A nice reward for 1 weeks worth of business.

  Picked up Wednesday, Returned Sunday. Shuttle service was good. Shuttle van is in good condition. Counter staff at the agency are extremely professional. I have rented cars for business use many times, and I've never met better agents. I had booked an "economy" car, and I got handed a Subaru WRX.
