  The staff are amazing at 9round. They're friendly, supportive and all around great guys and gals. They push you to get the most out of your workout, but they make sure you don't push yourself too hard. They take the time to show you how to do all of the workouts and make sure to switch it up every day. It's a fun place to workout.. it's not a boring task that you have to drag yourself to do. I look forward to going.

  Seriously this place is like no other!! I was lucky enough to stumble across their contest and I won a free week. My first day was yesterday and before I even stepped foot on the floor I was in love. Work couldn't end fast enough today so I could get there. Sam is amazing, he really knows how to make you feel like you're apart of a team and family (as do all the other trainers I have had the pleasure to meet or work with) from the moment you walk in. The trainers are exceptional! So up beat and encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is, you will not feel unwelcome or out of place. The atmosphere is incredible. I am blessed to have stubbed upon that contest and I am so excited to be apart of the 9Round family. Thank you so much Sam, for walking me through yesterday and thanks to the amazing ladies today! It's been a long while since I've felt so great!! Don't hesitate, just get in there! You won't regret it!

  When you walk in you hear the music and know it's going to be a great workout. The trainers and all the other 9 rounders are friendly and are full of motivation. I have never worked myself at the gym as hard as I have been worked on my "intro" workout, I love it and recommend you to try even if you are just curious. They are able to accommodate my knees after having surgery on both and still get a killer workout :)

  Sam and the other trainers are amazing. Not only do you see a trainer every workout at each round. But they follow each members progress, and do regular check ins and hold each member accountable in a positive and encouraging way. I've been a member of other fitness clubs and never have I felt as welcomed and individualized.

  I love this place!!! All the trainers are so positive and encouraging. I always get a great work out in just 30 minutes.
