  I am absolutely and utterly disappointed with your customer service. I have been waiting for 10 days to recieve a quote back from you. Not only did you waste my time for an hour for the consulation, you also wasted my gas driving all the way to Leduc to see you.

  We have bought flowers here several times, but the latest were the best. I called and ordered flowers for a sympathy and they were very curtious and understanding. The flower arrangement was beautiful, very colorful and unique. The florists are very talented and it shows they take pride in what they do. I will definitely order flowers from them again in the near future!

   I use to run my own business and I know how busy it can get. That's no excuse for not replying to my emails and making your clients wait for so long for a quote.

  WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered through a large chain who contracted out the job to Leduc Florists. I paid $120 for a very large bouquet that looked like it was picked up for $15 at Safeway. When I contacted the large chain, they apologized and were EMBARRASSED by Leduc Florist's bouquet. They offered to re-send it at no charge. Leduc Florists actually went to my sick colleagues house and DEMANDED THE OTHER FLOWERS BACK. Wtf?! Who does this?! I will never use this company, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Unprofessional and RUDE.

  What a wonderful experience I had with Leduc Florists from start to finish! I found a beautiful bouquet at a reasonable price that was in my range. Between the delivery instructions and my note they figured out that these flowers were for my cousin who just lost her dear orange cat (which is why I wanted a bright, happy orange bouquet!) It was the afternoon of a Friday and they had run out of orange flowers. They could very easily have ignored my notes and made a bouquet that was similar, but instead took the time to give me a call. Trina was so understanding and asked if a Monday delivery time would be ok as they would have orange flowers in by then -- and am I ever glad I said yes! The bouquet that was delivered was AMAZING. Not only full of beautiful complimentary orange flowers, but bigger and better than I had anticipated. Extra love was put into this bouquet and I truly appreciate the care that is obviously put into each and every order. I know where I will be getting flowers from now on :) Thanks again!

  This is the second time I have had flowers sent after xmas for my birthday and both times I have been disappointed. I did complain the first time and they replaced with a nice bouquet saying they were short because of xmas. This time my 60th birthday they sent me a bouquet that looked like I just had a baby boy congradulations. When I called to complain their excuse was they asked for a blue theme and so that means it has to look like a blue baby theme. Their attitude can be a little snobbish as well. My choice would be don't order from them this time of year if you are out of town.

  I honestly don't understand how your company is still open. You know theres this little thing called the internet where people can write reviews on your business. I'm going to do my best to make sure every bride to be and others know how unreliable you are.
