  Terrible customer service; very unethical. DON'T rent here. After pre-office opening drop off (key lockbox), claims of damage. Paid through credit card insurance, and then saw another charge. When phoned them about it, claimed it was "windshield chip", and they don't tell people when charging for it. DON"T RENT HERE.

  Do NOT book with them. We had 3 separate families come into town with 3 different bookings. Not one of our cars was available. Horribly rude and seemed to not care at all. Stick with an on site rental company at the terminal. You've been warned and I hope you can learn from our mistake.

  Public be aware. Dollar rent a car is totally non reliable company and they play with words and do their best to charge you extra money. I rented a car from them when i visited Houston which should have the toll tag so i won t be worried about extra charges and administration fees for using tolls. It turned on to be a scam. They stated later that i did not agree to have the tag and end up charging me the tolls plus administration fees. SHAME ON THEM. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE COMOANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE REALLY TERRIBLE AND TOTALLY UNRELIABKE. Actually they don t deserve 1 star but -10. I will never recommend them to anyone.

  ***WARNING, DO NOT USE DOLLAR***, this is the worst car rental company I have ever dealt with. Booked a SUV in February for pickup in July, you would think that with that much lead time they would have my SUV in stock, nope, all they had were compacts for a family of 4 with 4 large suitcases and carry on's. I even got a reminder email from Dollar, 2 days before my trip to remind me that I have a SUV booked with them. They had my contact info, do you think they would have called to warn me that they are out of stock on SUV's?? nope, not 1 call. Instead they let me arrive and find out at the airport that they don't have my SUV, leaving me to scramble to find one from another company. Which I have to say, Fox Rental came through big time, I 100% recommend them! And to top it off, the guy at Dollar hung up on me once I started questioning him on how they could not have an SUV for me when I booked months and months in advance. You've been warned, do not use Dollar. Use Fox Rental and you will be happy.
