  Had a difficult experience where they tried to hard sell us on the insurance and wouldn't let us rent the vehicle until we had verbal confirmation from our credit card company that the insurance would be covered. Never had this experience in years of renting a car.

  I had reserved a rental car for my wife and I. Our flight was an hour late arriving in Orlando. It took an additional hour to get our luggage and another hour to find the shuttle vehicle for Ace. They indicated they are there every 20 minutes or so but no sign of the shuttle. Multiple phone calls to rental location but it kept going into the answering machine. Finally got picked up at 1 AM and driven a few miles North of the airport to their rental location. Were told there were NO CARS - they only hold the reservations for 2 hours then they cancel them. They had no other cars we could rent so they took my wife and I back to the airport (and all our luggage) and just dropped us at the curb. Unbelievable - so now its nearly 2 AM and I'm trying to rent something at the airport which, of course, had highly inflated rates at this time of the night! Have been renting vehicles for 35+ years and have never seen this type of treatment. Others had the same experience as we did. Did they not know when they picked us up they had NO CARS for us??? Terrible experience. Still haven't found the 2 hour stipulation in their fine print either! Oh, have I mentioned what a terrible experience this was with ACE!

  I rented a car for 2 days! I told the only person there that i will return the car tonight before 7pm October 25,2017, the story is we dropped off the car no one in the office all light are off,i call the guy he said he’s at the airport will be there 10-15 mins.He came in at 7:30 with two dude.I told him our flight is 8:30pm we need to be there asap! He said he can’t drop us off cause he is busy and he just alone! And He need to accomodate that two dude! I’m like seriously i am customer to and we have a flight need to catch! Then he decided to call a cab for us and obviously we need to wait for another 10-15 mins and the thing is we have to pay for that cab to get in the airport cause he said i’m the one who ask for that cab! Lol! Their company should have a courtesy ride for us to bring us to the airport back and fort to their car rental office.in short i pay $26 for the cab for dropping us off to airport,good and bad thing our flight was delayed.But anyway! If there is any option to rate this company will not hit 1 star cause they not deserve any star! I recommended to thia company to close it cause you cannot able or there is no way operate your business with only one person working for you! That is BULL***!
